I charge a 50% cancellation fee if cancelled within 48 hours or no- call no-shows. Please be respectful of my time and arrive on time to your appointment, a 15 minute grace period is permitted but after that you will have to reschedule. Absolutely no refunds, if my time and products were used you will pay for the service, if you’re unsatisfied communicate so that we can work things out please If you no-call no- show you will be permanently banned from booking unless you pay full price for the initial appointment and the second appointment.
